For a long time, brake rotors were the weakest part of high-performance vehicles' braking systems. Brake performance is reduced by traditional 1-piece brake rotors' inability to dissipate heat, and handling is compromised by the additional unsprung weight they introduce.
Established in 2003, GiroDisc set out to create 2-piece brake rotors that would function faultlessly at extremes. GiroDisc rotors are tuned for the track but run quietly on the street thanks to our totally floating design and tension hardware.
By focusing on one area, GiroDisc was able to provide the finest quality in both engineering and production possible. Installing GiroDisc rotors has helped customers all over the world get the most out of their braking systems. This usually eliminates the need for a costly and complicated upgrade, such as a huge brake system.
GiroDisc does all of their designing, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping at GiroDisc's headquarters in Bellingham, Washington.
